Fee Schedule

The State of Texas Government Code 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary public may charge for notary services. The information below lists each notarial act, the state fee and our traveling and administrative fees.

First signature of individual	$10.00
Each additional signature of individual	$1.00
Administering an oath or affirmation	$10.00
Taking the deposition of witness, for each 100 words	$1.00
Swearing a witness to a deposition	$10.00
All notarial acts not provided for	$10.00

Travel Fees
Travel fee for the 1-30 miles	$50.00
Mileage fee for 31+ miles (per mile)	$1.00
Early morning appointments (5:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.)	$15.00
After hours appointments (7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)	$15.00

If for any reason the trip is made to the signer's location, but the notarizations are not completed, the travel fee is still due. There are a variety of reasons notarizations may not be performed. These are the most common reason but is not limited to the following: Invalid (expired) identification, incorrect form of identification, etc.
